At LandMule.Com we have been buying and selling Real Estate since 2004. Our main focus is rural and vacant land, along with providing quality investment properties for Investors.  With land we have found that we can create a win/win for buyers and sellers. Land is a great investment in theory, but there are times in which it becomes a burden with taxes, no need for, or “the dream” has changed. This is where we create a win for the seller, by allowing them a quick and simple way to sell their property.

We then pass on the savings to our customers – investors and people wanting a great deal. Vacant unimproved land is not favored by the traditional lending establishment, so we take our acquired land and sell it fast to other wholesalers, investors or to the public for cash and/or terms, most times for 50-75% under market value.

We often get asked, "How did you come up with the name Land Mule?" There is actually a little history behind it, the government gave 40 acres and mule to newly free'd families so they could be self sufficient. "Land and a Mule" seemed a little long, so we shortened to Land Mule, and it's our way to pay homage to the American Dream of Freedom!
